Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. We request you to place genuine orders as we are a small business and appreciate your support. - I got a payment error, and my money is debited. What do I do?

Can I return or exchange this product if I don’t like it?
Returns are not accepted. However, you may request a replacement or exchange here within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The label and lock tags are intact, ensuring the product has not been used.
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to process your request. Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- The unboxing video is sent to support@mavijewels.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, we will not be able to process the return or replacement.
- Once your request is approved, we will initiate the reverse pickup from our end. The replacement item will be dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after we receive and examine the exchanged item.
